Hello! I’m Murphy Hall, LCSW. I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to hide parts of yourself in order to feel accepted, understood, or safe.

I work with adults healing from trauma, recovering from narcissistic abuse, exploring their LGBTQIA+ identity, or struggling with symptoms associated with personality disorders. As a queer-identified, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I provide a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically. Together, we’ll process your experiences, build skills, and create a life that feels more connected and meaningful.

I specialize in trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, emotion regulation, and personality disorders. As a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Clinician and DBT-Certified therapist, I offer evidence-based, affirming care to help you process painful experiences, understand yourself more deeply, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood, judged, or like you had to hide parts of yourself. You deserve a space where all parts of you are welcomed. I offer a calm, affirming, and compassionate approach to help you move toward healing, self-understanding, and a more authentic life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to clients in Indiana, Michigan, and New Jersey. If you’re interested in working with me, please reach out!
