- Clinical supervision includes reviewing cases, discussing treatment planning and diagnostics, talking through ethical situations, and supporting professional development as you work toward advancing your clinical skills.
- In terms of expectations, I ask supervisees to come prepared with cases, questions, or topics they’d like support with; maintain consistent attendance at scheduled supervision; and be open to reflection and feedback. I aim to keep supervision collaborative and supportive while also making sure we’re practicing ethically and in line with Indiana and Michigan standards.
