We specialize in personality disorders, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ mental health, with a commitment to challenging stigma and supporting people whose experiences have too often been misunderstood.

Our Mission
Grounded Growth Counseling & Consulting, LLC is committed to creating more affirming, informed, and accessible mental health care. Through individual therapy, continuing education and professional speaking, clinical supervision and consultation, and collaboration with community and nonprofit organizations, we work to support both the people seeking care and the professionals and systems serving them.
Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and stigma-reducing care, with particular expertise in personality disorders, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. We believe meaningful change happens not only within the therapy room, but also through better education, stronger clinicians, and more responsive communities.
Our Vision
We envision a mental health system where people can access compassionate, evidence-informed care without having to overcome stigma, misunderstanding, or exclusion first.
Grounded Growth strives to help build that future by challenging stigma surrounding complex mental health concerns, strengthening the professionals who provide care, advocating for affirming and culturally responsive practices, and partnering with organizations working to make mental health resources more accessible.Grounded Growth strives to help build that future by challenging stigma surrounding complex mental health concerns, strengthening the professionals who provide care, advocating for affirming and culturally responsive practices, and partnering with organizations working to make mental health resources more accessible.
